Malt Muncher 3 Knob Not Turning

Hey all,

I'm trying to set up my new Malt Muncher 3 but am having issues with one of the knobs not turning. I've tried with a roller connected as well as with it completely taken apart. Am I missing something simple to get this thing to start turning like it should?

Here's a video of me attempting it. The drill side knob turns just fine.

is there a set screw locking it in place?
there has to be a way to keep it from rotating once you've set the gap.
what unlocks the other side?

edit: seems like it has a set screw on the side. if that's removed, maybe there's a burr making things difficult. disassemble and inspect. hammers help. don't go john henry on it. a tap is enough to push a burr through.

I would contact the seller before doing anything that would provide an excuse to not simply replace that endplate assembly...

Thanks all. I am contacting the manufacturer first. Just didn’t know if y’all had seen this before. I won’t void any warranties until I hear back from the manufacturer.
