I am looking for a way to make a white"snow" colored cider for the holidays. Has anyone done this? Ideas on how. I'm thinking about trying coconut milk but don't think it would stay in suspension. Thoughts?

Try lots of oats and wheat like a NEIPA. It will probably just look like cloudy cider though.

The best i can think of is adding coconut or almond milk to secondary. Might be a little cloying but worth a shot...
