Noob question here, sorry...
I'm about to start a new batch of hard cider, having had great success with WLP775 on a former batch I'd like to go again...
Here's the dilemma...
My local store can't (or won't)seem to get this anymore, and I'd like to mail order it, but have heard that the live stuff can die if not shipped correctly...
What precautions should I take or where is the best online vendor to use?

I actually just bought 2 packs of live yeast recently from https://labelpeelers.com/
one wyeast 4766 and one white labs wlp775
I included 1 ice pack for $2 plus shipping.
It arrived in two days in a real nice zippered insulated pouch I can re-use for whatever.
PS: on week days they have live chat so you can ask any questions you may have.

Maybe the folks that you are getting your info from know something that the yeast sellers don't, but I doubt it.

If it doesn't get frozen, or get left in the hot sun, it will be fine, as per the experiences of brewers since mail order suppliers began.
