I've seen a couple recipes and have come up with this: Simple but might be close?

7.5# 2-row base
.5# Munich
.5# 60L
.5# Flaked Barley (head)

Mash 60 min @ 152
Boil 90 min

Hops
Magnum 10% @ 60min (20IBU)
Cascades 5.5% @ 10min ~.5oz
Cascades 5.5% @ 2min ~1oz
Whirlflock @ 15min

Pitch Safale-04 @ 68F
Ferment @ 66F

Apircot Flavoring @ kegging (about 3 wks)

Just looking for opinions...I'm brewing later today and have alot of different grains but only 2-row and 6-row as base malts, and no biscuit or victory.

Cheers :mug:

HI I am from Erie! live in Pittsburgh now but visit the parents up there quite often!
Anyway, do you ever listen to the can you brew it podcast? They did one on #9 there is an interview with the brewmaster from Magic Hat and he gives the recipe. Might want to give it a listen.
