i have been wanting to try a Mad Elf clone for about a eyar now, and im debating on different recipes. i have searched this site an dfound a few but there is one on a supply website that caught me eye, has anyone has expierence with this recipe and had success.
Extract:
1lbs Light Munich Malt
1lb Vienna Malt
6oz Chocolate Malt
Steep at 152°F for 30 minutes
Boil
4lbs of Briess Pilsen Light Dry Extract (60 min)
3.3lbs of Briess Munich Liquid Extract (Last 15 minutes)
3.3lbs of Briess Pilsen Liquid Extract (Last 15 minutes)
1lb Sugar in the Raw (Last 15 minutes)
1oz Hallertau 60 Minutes
1/2 Sazz Last 20 min
Wyeast 1214
4oz Cherry Flavor Extract at bottling
