Does ANYONE have the recipe or know where to find a clone kit for Lucky Buddha beer?
It's a very subtle beer that could be tailored to be very complex when home brewed and not mass produced corporate swill.

Thunder Chicken, thanks for the response. It is not the best beer I've ever had, but I'm thinking of the possibilities. You can buy it at World Market.

Asian Pale Pilsner with hints of Jasmine and honey.

I would definitely give a basic light pilsner lager a try. Subbing in some rice will thin out the beer. Use a very clean lager yeast. I've used Saflager S-23 and it seemed to do nicely with my helles, but others have complained of esters. If you can't ferment at proper lager temperatures, you can maybe try using a California common yeast fermented in the 60s.

You might want to consider just making the base lager, and then splitting the batch and adding the honey and jasmine in secondaries so you can play with the amounts. The honey will likely just ferment out and thin the beer - unless you really have a great source for floral honey I think the jasmine would bury any honey notes. But give it a shot. Good luck.
