Louis Pasteur - Studies on Fermentation

I had a great opportunity today to view some rare books, owned by the hospital in which I work, that have never been shown to the public before. One of the books was a first edition of the English-translated "Studies on Fermentation" by Louis Pasteur. I was able to flip through the book (with gloves, of course) and take some photos. What a neat experience it was!

Nice find, we found a few relics in our hospital. Mostly LBJ stuff and original renderings.

That's too cool! You know he probably used yeast for a lot of his studies as it was semi controlled and readily available.
