I've been on a Dead Guy kick the last couple months, so I thought I'd try brewing a clone. This is only my second AG brew. Finished with about 4.8 gal and a OG of 1.059.

I pitched the Wyeast Pacman yeast at about 10:00 last night. This morning at 8:00 I was seeing bubbling about every 1-2 seconds. (Pretty continuous). However, I'm only seeing about 0.25-0.5 inches of foam on top. It seems like low on the foam.

In my previous batches, it usually takes at least 2 days before I see that kind of bubbling, and by that time there is at least 2-3 inches of foam.

I searched for this, but all I was getting was people having problems with no activity at all.
