My second batch which is a Belgian Wit Ale has been in Primary fermenter(glass carboy) for 6 days. Its still bubbling once every 10-15 seconds. My question is, it has a layer on the bottom(yeast?) and foam with what looks like a yeast layer on the top. I can see some movement in the foam. Is everything normal? I used WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale liquid yeast and have it stored at 68-70 degrees. I have not checked a FG yet but the beginning was 1.053. I don't plan to rack this one to a secondary.
On a side note how do I post photos?
