I am thinking about trying a oatmeal raisin cookie brown ale recipe in time for the holidays. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has brewed something like this before, how did you do it? what did it taste like? This is what I have so far. Need some feedback. Should I up the IBU's? I don't want it to be to much of a hop taste but just enough to balance it out.

all grain
3 gal batch
1.086 OG
1.019 FG
8.9% ABV
25 IBU
31 SRM
mash 154 75 mins
mash out 168 10 mins

5.5lb pale 2 row
1lb toasted oats (in oven at 300 for an hour)
1lb munich
1lb special b
.5lb brown malt
10oz brown sugar (last 10 mins boil)

Fuggles 4.5% (60 mins)

6oz raisins (end of boil)
0.17 vanilla extract (secondary)
1 cinnamon stick (secondary)
white labs English ale 002

primary 14 days
secondary 14 days

Toasted oats, Special B, and brown sugar; that's what I would use! Sounds tasty! Let us know how it comes out.
