looking for large PVC screw type fittings

I'm trying to find some large PVC pipe fittings, specifically male-to-male 4" PVC screw type couplings. The only place I've found these is US Plastics and they want like $35 each, which is way too much considering I need two.

Those are huge. What are they for? Have u tried eBay yet?

they're may not be a lot of options...threaded fittings in that size aren't common except for cleanouts (for sewers)
