Hey everyone! Looking to maybe get some different ideas on a hop schedule for my next IPA that I am going to brew tomorrow.

Here is what I have/am thinking... I'd like to have something very citrusy, and this is what I have...

1lb Amarillo (8.2% Alpha - Pellet)
1.2lb's Cascade (6.4% Alpha - Pellet)
3 oz Citra (11.4% Alpha - Pellet)

Here are the other hops that I have on hand...
2+ lb's Delta (4% Alpha - Pellet)
1oz Falconers 7C's (9.9% Alpha - Pellet)
3oz Centennial (Unknown Alpha Acid - Whole Leaf)
2+lb's Columbus (15.8 - Pellet)

Here is my grain bill...
9.5lb's 2-row brewers malt
1lb Victory Malt
.5lb Carafoam
.5lb CaraHelle
.5lb Melanoidin

Yeast is going to be Wyeast 1056.

I can get to my LHBS tomorrow if need be. Would love to hear some ideas.

I am very jealous of your hop stash. I would bitter with columbus, maybe 3/4 ounce first wort and another ounce at 30 mins. Then do healthy shots of citra and amarillo at 10, 5, 3, and 0 minutes. For dry hops I would use an ounce each f columbus and amarillo

I would also probably take out the melanoiden, you're gonna get plenty of body from the carafoam and carahell. Cheers. Hope it turns out

I'd add a couple more pounds of base malt first.
Bitter with at least an oz of the Columbus.
Then hop burst in the last 15 min with the Amarillo and the Cascade (20/15/10/5)
Chill to 150° then whirlpool for 30 min with another couple ounces of the Amarillo and Cascade.
Dry hop with the same.

Sounds like a perfect first brew day. Congratulations and enjoy your first batch!
