Hi everyone, I'm going to start my homebrew journey again and I want to brew a fast 5 gallon brew similar to basic brewing's 15 minitue extract beer (). I will use kviek voss yeast. I'm curious if this is too much hops? I remember drinking a long trail beer with only 2 row and Galaxy in it and I loved it. Any feedback would be great.

Time is a big factor in my life so this is the reason of a fast brew day.
