Here it is. Seeing as I'm new to brewing, any advice/recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'd probably mmove some of those 20 minute and 10 minute hops to 5 minutes and 0 minutes, and/or reduce the summit a bit. 110 IBUs is overkill (even though in theory you can't have a beer with more than 100 IBUs anyway.)

An IPA is all about hops flavor and aroma, so I'd go with a schedule using less bittering hops and more late hops for flavor and aroma. I never dryhop as long as 10 days, but I think that would be ok if your experience is that you like them after that long. Usually I dryhop 3-7 days, shooting for 5 days for freshest hops flavor and aroma.

I'd probably do something more like this, shooting for 75 IBUs-ish:

0.2oz summit -- 60 min
.3 oz columbus 20 min
0.5oz cascade - 15 min
0.5oz falconers flight - 10 min
0.5oz cascade - 5 - min
0.5 oz falconers flight - 0 min
0.5oz columbus - dry hop 5 days
0.5oz cascade - dry hop 5 days
0.5oz falconers flight - dry hop 5 days

I'm with Yooper about everything. Also, isn't Falconer's made of Cascade and Centennial, in part?

I imagine this finishing kind of sweet.

I typically use 4 lbs. DME and 8 oz. corn sugar in 3.5 gallon batches of IPA. You're batch size is much smaller. Even though you're using LME, you may want to cut some extract, or bump up the boil volume.
