Long story, so I will cut to the chase. I am an intermediate brewer with about 40 completed brews-all were extract. I am thinking about trying all-grain, but I really need to find a way to do it outside. My kitchen is way too small to do that indoors.

Here is the catch: my community (both my HOA and my county) forbid any kind of burners on our patios, or even within 100 feet of my condo. That means no propane, no natural gas, no charcoal, well, you get it.

So I guess that leaves electric. Is there a source somewhere for information on really small-scale electric (outside) brewing. We're talking 5 gallon batches, here.

Maybe there is no solution-maybe I have to continue with indoor extract brewing-not exactly torture, because it's beer. Just trying to see what my options are.

Thanks, ya'all.

I just converted mine to eBIAB. 2 120v sockets and I'm good to go to make my beers
