I was looking for a honey wheat all grain that is simple. This will be my first all grain batch. I didn't see to many options. there was a multi step mash for one, which i want to do a single infusion for my first. Can anyone point me to a good 5 gal batch all grain honey wheat recipe?

If not how could i take a good american wheat and get some honey flavor in it? Would I put around 8 oz of honey in at 5 min for the boil and change out 8oz of malt for honey malt?

To get any honey flavor, you'd have to use a hell of a lot more honey than .5 lb... probably about 2+ lbs. It will just ferment out, increasing ABV%. I'd stuck with the honey malt. Good luck!!
