Looking for a bluetooth ios/android multi channel switch for 12 volt

Been looking around the internet and can't find what I need. Probably searching the wrong terms. Here is what I am looking for a project:

1. Bluetooth
2. ios/android compatible. I have a guy that can write a simple app to switch beteen circuits
3. 12volt capable
4. I need to send 12 volts to each circuit by app control.

If you need any more info on what I need it to do, please ask.
