Here is what I've got:
Malt extract
6# Pilsner LME
6# Extra Light LME
3# Light DME
3# Bavarian Wheat DME
Grains
A bag of milled grains (2# Maris Otter, 1# Dark Munich, 4oz Pale Chocolate)
2# 10oz flaked oats (oatmeal)
Typical stuff in a kitchen (sugar, brown sugar, rice, flour, cornmeal, etc.)
Hops
2oz Cascade
2oz Cenntenial
1oz Northern Brewer
2oz Mt Hood
Yeast
US05 slurry
Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager slurry
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale slurry
Fermentation conditions
45F (uninsulated basement)
60F (insulated basement)
64F (house)
It would be a little easier for me to come up with a recipe if I had a little crystal malt since I usually would use a little in pale or amber ales. I could go a different route and make a darkish lager with the wyeast 2124 and the mt hood or NB hop combo.
Anyway, I thought I'd throw this out there and see what people thought. If I really need to go to the LHBS I can but I'm a lazy home brewer.
