Hey, me and a friend are trying to come up with a recipe that includes the ingredients we have left over from the past brewing season... My friend wants something experimental, uncharted and complex while I am in the camp of making a hazy wheat based Landbier lager(Old Bavarian yeast) or as an ale (Kölsch yeast)

Anyways, here's our stock more or less:

Malt
1 1/2 pound midnight wheat

1 quarter pound black malt

1 pound special malt

.75 pound Carmel 300

.25 pound caramel 120

1.75 rauch

1 1/2 pound Vienna

1/2 carafa special

10lb pale malt grain

6 pounds Bavarian wheat lme

Hops (least 2oz's of each)
Northern brewer

Fuggles

Saaz

Halertau

Perle

Lubin

Any Ideas?

there is a lot of dark grains, It looks to me like a porter/stout. Make it a xmas inspired beer and use both the pale and wheat lme. Pick the highest AA hops you got and add them all at 60. You can always add different flavors at packaging, or the the glass. Good luck :mug:
