Hey Y'all!
I've been brewing on & off for about 25 years now. I was very active on the Homebrew Adventures forums back in the day. Same user name everywhere. We lived outside of Indianapolis at that time & Great Fermentations was my LHBS back when it was just a small shop in Broad Ripple. Currently living in Hampstead, NC with my wife & kids. Daughter is currently a Junior at Liberty University & my son is a Senior in high school.
I just put together a new 5 gallon RIMS setup. I'm 4 brews deep on it & loving it! I've fine tuned it over those 4 brew days & got it pretty well dialed in now. Nothing major I want to change with it.
Also have a 4 tap keezer & use a 5 gallon bucket of water inside to control fermentation temps in my modified Northern Brewer Reactor conical.
I'll be posting info on my setup at some point in it's respective sub/forum.
