Long ferment?

If you have just been hearing bubbles for that long, probably not actually fermenting, probably just shifts in temp or the like causing changes in gas pressure in the fermenter.

My OG was 1.087

I racked onto 2oz hops when it sat a 1.01 for a few days. The second I racked, action kicked up again and it's been rolling in there for like 3 weeks now.

I'm not even judging solely on airlock activity but by looking at everything rolling around like yeast activity.

Used 2 packs US-05 and it holds a steady 69-71 degrees.

I just wanna keg it, but I've never had a beer keep rocking like this.

It started back up in the secondary! Activity had stopped in the primary, racked ontop of hops and it went mad. I'll keg it tonight

I'd check the SG, but I doubt it's fermentation restarted. Adding the hops probably just caused lots of nucleation points so co2 is being released.

Is it at your target FG? You said it was at 1.010 when you went to secondary, right? Then cold crash it and keg it. Who cares if it's still bubbling. Bubbles are not a good indication of fermentation anyway.
