Little Holes in my Hop Leaves! Help!

Hi everybody! It's seems that I have little visitors taking a bite out my hop leaves. (See the pics below) does anyone have a recommendation on how to take care of this problem?? Insecticide recommendations? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
