Got an Altbier that started to develop a mild licorice taste in the background. Keg is and has been in kegerator, and licorice is getting stronger over several months. May dump this one. Any ideas?

Oh, boy, I think the yeast was SO5, and ferm temp was 72-74. Used my well water, which is not treated in any way. It makes wonderful beers, except for this one. Full boil. I topped off my first brew of 2010 with about 1.5 gallons and just drank the last bottle tonight. It was wonderful.
