Im making a lemon beer and thinking about adding honey in place of priming sugar,. How much honey should i use for 5 gallons of beer?

Depends on your volume and the highest temp you achieved during/after active fermentation.
There's a couple of online priming sugar calculators. I use the one at Northern Brewer- works well.
