I brewed a Left Hand Milk Stout clone and just kegged it. I have been trying to find some information on what PSI the CO2 should be set at. I usually set at about 11-12 for my ales (temp of kegerator is 42).
Is it okay to keep it at 11?
Most info i found seems to be Nitro settings...
