I'm fermenting a Left Hand Milk Stout clone and once I transfer it to the keg, I'm not certain what psi it should be at for carbonation. I don't have a nitrogen setup, just straight CO2

What will be the storing/serving temperature, and what is your target level of carbonation? The required pressure depends greatly on both. Stouts are normally carbed to lower levels (~2 +/- volumes) compared to lagers, pale ales, etc. (2.3 - 2.6 volumes.) Once you know temp and target carb level, you can use an on-line table or calculator to tell you the pressure.
