I did a natural carbonation in the keg, topped w/ 30 psi, and after 1 wk when i pulled the relief valve, nothing...

is that a leak, or did all the CO2 go into solution?

If you pour a sample and it's carbed it's in the solution. If not you have a leak.

Also what temp do you have your keg?

about what I would expect for a week of conditioning (carb level). It was around 70 degrees for conditioning.

As long as you don't have a leak you may just need to wait a bit longer. If you have a time constraint then I would hook it back up to your co2 and carb that way.
