Layer in my fermenter

I'm on my third brew and a layer I've never seen before has appeared at the bottom of my fermenter.

I moved it 3 days ago for a diacetyl rest and now it has settled there is a strange layer above the normal yeast layer at the bottom.

Does anyone know what this is?

P.s I'm relaxed, not worried and having a home brew.
