Lavender/Lemon or Lavender/Vanilla/Orange?

I'm planning to start two more 1 gallon batches of mead. I'd like to do a metheglin with lavender/lemon or one with lavender/vanilla/orange. Has anyone tried anything like these and if so, what do you think? I recently started a hibiscus metheglin (see my YouTube page) and it's turning out amazing and wanted to do another metheglin. Comments welcome..... Thanks!
