Late adding yeast!!! is it wrecked?

Welll thanks for the advise everyone, I am going to dump all my beer and start a fresh batch of coopers lager I picked up today. I have learned a lot and will be using only boiled water and distilled water.
 
Gee, really sorry about the loss of that one. I thank the beer gods that I have been fortunate. Lost a couple bottles, but never an entire batch. Wish you could pin down a definite cause.
 
Well I really did learn a lot. I just finished my new batch. I bough distilled water and put it outside so it would be cold. I boiled other water so I had warm water if I needed it. I mixed everything together in freshly boiled water and brought the wort to a boil then put it in my primary frementer which I cleaned really well. I instantly got the temp to 77' took a sample for a reading then added the yeast and put the lid on with the bubbler. I got a SG reading of 1.031.
