Proof (not that many care or were looking) that like Fou'Foune, Lou Pepe Gueuze was once sold in Japan. I've only ever seen/heard of regular gueuze/Kriek and FF being there. I've also just been shown a LPK label that has the same sticker on it, so that's cool to know as well.

Does anyone know what it says?

I traded for a bottle of LPF years ago and it had that sticker on it, so add lou pepe framboise to the list of japanese sold bottles

Facebook group that used to be really cool and informative with cool shots of a dude's lambic breweriana but is slowly turning into a porn show.

i have posted for info in it and gotten solid answers. so its still good IMO, not corrupted yet.

only thing I don't dig bout the group is when people post american beer and get butthurt when someone brings up that its not lambic but besides for that its dope.

Currently, Michael Blancquaert is working with Armand as an apprentice and has agreed to buy 50% of the brewery’s shares by 2017. After a four year brewing hiatus to regroup and get the necessary equipment, 3F is brewing their own lambic again, but it's unclear if any of it has gone into blends yet (I would guess not).

So, the 2013 Hommage label (at least the US/Shelton version) says a "blend of lambic beers brewed at 3 Fonteinen"... and follows up later with a note that Armand is making his own lambic "recently".... Do we think that means he brewed the components, or is it just the old label/incorrect or not distinguish from brewed/blended?

is there a noticable difference with his blended lambic from other brewers and his own, ie: does it matter? (though i guess if he only uses his own for certain beers it might be difficult to have an apples-apples comparison)

Anybody know what Jean is planning with the new Cuvee Florian? On-site only? Only with friends? Sending to Turtleback Ridge?

Someone on RateBeer  claimed that it is being rebrewed/is already rebrewed for this year's Zwanze.

Good question, and I don't have a bottle of 2007 anymore to compare the wording, but I can't imagine it's all lambic brewed at 3F since he just started brewing again about a year, year and half ago and all of his remaining lambic supposedly went into A'4, A/T, and the bottled 4yr Lambiek.

So the 500 bottles or so he made a labeled are personal collection than Im assuming? I heard the same about it being this years Zwanze as well since the spontaneous stout he had planned for this year wasnt as far along as he hoped

Was there ever a bottle count, or was it just someone assuming?

A fair amount went into Golden Blend and Golden Doesjel, no?

Original.

According to ratebeer
"Florian van Roy was born 1996. To celebrate this extra Cantillon Gueuze was made, and the 75cl bottles were tucked away at Cantillon a good while before release. This is basically the same as Cantillon Gueuze."

But who knows where they got that info?

Sounds like they cellar-aged it extra-long prior to release, and that's about it?
