3F is doing a great job keeping my wallet empty, but whats going on with Cantillon? It's been ages since they did an online sale.

It has been a while for Cantillon. Almost a year. I Wonder if they've gone back to silent and staggered releases at the brewery. Theyve had St Lam, Vig, and D'aunis available to go at the brewery in small to large quantities over the past few months and haven't had any major issues as far as i'm aware of.

Jesus christ.

Mark your calendars: starting Wednesday, August 14th, we’ve got some new stuff for you to taste in our lambik-O-droom. On a beautiful day in 2012, Armand went out to Sevilla to learn about and taste fine sherry with maître-sommelier Andy De Brouwer, a journey which led them past traditional sherry houses where taste and process still reign supreme. Now, as you might know, sherry and lambik are made in a similar way, using wooden casks, both forming a natural layer of flor for protection. Didn’t that sound like the perfect excuse to lug home three Pedro Ximénez casks and nine Oloroso casks, more than forty years old, and fill them to the brim with young lambik? All of the beautiful brews that were made during seven years of experimenting and blending were bottled in six batches of Zenne y Frontera – of which four new ones – , who ask nothing more than for you to taste them. You were perhaps looking for the perfect excuse to just come on over to Lot; well we just gave one!

The idea that 3F might be sending me secret coded messages in otherwise innocuous newsletters is NOT a good development for my mental health.

You guys, we’ve officially combined the quality of the Trump thread and the lambic thread now that we are deciphering messages to try and determine what Q (Armand) wants us to know. Welcome to the journey.

That was a short lived stint as my favorite newsletter.

Naturally I missed all of this.

Pretty sure I signed up for the 3F newsletter, but I never get anything from them.

Wow, a whole 4 days?????

Well I’m more concerned because it had a partner box riding along with it that breezed through in an hour and they were both scanned into customs at the same time. And I’ve got two more in transit somewhere over the Atlantic.

ordered a whole mess of these with the Zomer stuff ... delicious as always. vertical storage, box to freezer w/wet paper towel around it for 30 minutes or so, vigorously poured, no ***** given.

For real. Honestly, it's still really ******* hot over most of the country. Waiting a couple of weeks to get your world class lambic that you can just order off the internet is not going to be the worst thing to happen. If I weren't going to OBDs I would hope that Etre would hold on my shipping until October to have the best weather.

Antidoot isn’t lambic but it’s up on etre
It's also gone already. I had one in my cart with 32 bottles left. Thought perhaps the hype died since there were so many left (75 of the other), so I took some time to read things. Boom, in 30 seconds the bottle was gone. Missed 2 of the 3 that they listed; had to "settle" for the remaining.
