Hey, got a question about lagering. If doing in kegs once lids sealed and seated should I put an airlock or blow off tube to limit pressure on the yeast? Or even a spunding valve?

Next question regarding sanitizing a spunding valve. How-to? I have previously had Brett beers aging with one on them and had been fiddling with it and sprayed foam/beer through the valve on accident. Thinking this would be bad to use on any clean beer. How do I sanitize? Can they be boiled or is there some machine oil or rust prone parts? Bought them at more beer.

I don't....if you are talking about lagering and not a secondary fermentation then the yeast activity is pretty much done. From what I understand you are really just clearing the beer at this point. I have always flushed with CO2 and let it sit in closed kegs with great results.
