I was planning on doing 2-3 batches of different brews using Kveik. Basically transfer the wort off the yeast as soon as it's done fermenting, then brew a different batch and use the yeast cake. What do I ned to take into consideration when doing this? I'm looking to the least labor intensive approach that will still make a good beer. I just need to increase my beer variety and supply, and hope to knock out 3 batches in a little over a week if possible, using the Kveik.

Thanks! :mug:

2 tablespoons should be plenty for 19l i think. Plz correct me if im wrong plz. I also wanna now for sure.

I recently started to harvest my Kveik. I scoop up some cake and smear it out to dry on some bakingpaper. I get 30g every batch. And every batch i use 8-11g depending on OG. I will never have to buy yeast again đź‘Ť
