So, the first picture is right after the chill and pitch. The next us about four to five hours after, and the few after that a span of fifteen to twenty minutes. The last was taken around eight this morning. I couldn't get over the color change. There is something of awe watching the little
Monsters work.

What type of beer is this? Looks very good, I hope it will not blow off that looks like very little head space for this beer. Do you have a blow off tube handy, just in case?

Gluten free almost pale ale. The danger is over now. I was actually able to keep an eye on it and switch airlock when the other was pushed out. I do need to get a blowoff tube though for the future
