Brewing a Hefe, OG was 1.032 right now it's 1.020 But it tastes a little sweet in my opinion. How long can/should I leave a Hefe in primary? It's been a week since pitching yeast (WYEAST 3056 Bavarian wheat blend)
Still a small amount of c02 being generated I can tell by looking through the side of the carboy (small bubbles floating up from the bottom) so I know fermentation is still active if only slightly.
Any suggestions? My first instinct is to just let it sit for another week.
