I made a batch of Saison and used the Wyeast 3724. The first few days I had about an inch or two of Krausen on top. After that nothing. However, it says to keep temps in the 70-95 range. I have been keeping it at 86, with a little fluctuation. The airlock is burping every ten seconds or so, but no Krausen on top. I am not sure why this is happening, as most of my beers have had a ton. Any thoughts on this??

Thanks so much!:)

You can bump that yeast into the low 90's without fear.

It tends to stall if not and can take a month to finish, be patient, it should go below 1.010 easily but slooowly;)

Ok, definitely will use a starter next time. I have not done a starter yet, but need to figure out how to do it at some point :)

Thanks everyone for the help. I slowly ramped it up to 90 and then took a gravity reading of 1.006? It had been 16 days. 7 in primary 9 in secondary. I have never had a FG so low.
