Don't give up on it. As long as it's not the compressor itself, you can bypass the controller.
You have to find a commercial appliance repair company. They are out there, you just have to search for them. As me how I know!
I hate buying extended warranties...but have found they are money well spent. I get the 5 year option on every appliance that we purchase.
Instructions for the Supco. I've also used the ERPU410. The one pictured is my back up. Works the same as the Supco.
Looking at these I would think A is "run" C is "common" and P is "start". Maybe some one in the biz knows for sure. It may have an R, C, S stamped on the compressor where you hook the wires also but does not show it on the schematics. This might help if you have a multimeter.
" First of all gave name to the terminals, for example you gave name to terminals A,B,C. Then set multimeter on Ohm. Put leds of multimeter and test the A and B terminal, then check the A and C terminals and then B and C. You will find high resistance between two terminals. For example you Find 50 resistance between A and B terminals (A-50-B), it's means that these terminals are start and run and the 3rd one is common. So you find out the common terminal and now you want to identify the start and run terminal.
So the resistance between common and start terminal will be higher from the resistance between common and run terminal. E.g if your resistance between C and B is 25 ohm and your resistance between C and A is 15 ohm, it's means that your B terminal is start and your A terminal is Run."
Curious if you tried calling them? There is..in my experience some level of disconnect between those that take calls and those that respond to emails, but it might have accelerated potential call to solution? $20 for a damn temp probe seems ridiculous. Is this the part on the inside of the kegerator on the right wall behind the plastic cover?
Well...that blows. I will tell you that although the the Komos V2 & the Kegland Series X kegerators are eerily the same, that the thermisistor probe (which is what it is labeled as w/the Series X), that part is not interchangeable.

$20 still seems ridiculous though. The part I listed above, although for a different kegerator is only $8.50. Is the part listed on More Beer's site?
I've emailed Komos three times. No response.I don't know if this has been brought up but I would go directly to the manufacturer. They have a contact email on their site. I would explain the situation and maybe they will lend a helping hand since it is just out of warranty.
I'm glad morebeer is helping but this is on Komos. Hope you get it back up and running.

Yep. No difference apparently.I actually did a little digging earlier today, and I highly suspect that the [email protected] redirects to somebody else *cough* morebeer.

Can someone here explain how a single contact relay works? Or anything electrical with a single contact for that matter?DAMN! Of course the Start Relay didn't fix it. [...]
You are just switching the line, not both the line and neutral. It's what the thermostat does. opens and closed line voltage so the compressor can run.Can someone here explain how a single contact relay works? Or anything electrical with a single contact for that matter?
Wonderful. Another delay, now instead of 7 days to ship, it's going to be at least 9. After this ordeal, NO MORE MOREBEER.
There is No shipping time by Ups or FedEx that takes 7 days inside continental US unless it is a lost shipment and then it would be indeterminate as it would be lost. I'll bet they don't have it in stock. Is that on MB or FedEx? My last order w/them, they were pretty quick to get stuff going...FedEx is the one that had multiple delays.

Sorry I meant to write "connection," not "contact." We can't see inside how it's built. You are just switching the line, not both the line and neutral. It's what the thermostat does. opens and closed line voltage so the compressor can run.
