I have a Kolsch with WLP029 finishing up now, and next brew on deck is a pepper beer using EdWort's Haus Pale as a base. Do any of you more experienced folks see a problem using some slurry from the Kolsch to ferment the pepper beer at 65F? I figure it's a clean enough yeast to let the peppers come through nicely.
