Kettle question

I'm looking to eventually convert to eBiaB, and am starting with the kettle. I'm looking at this one, and am not sure about if it would be good to convert to electric. With the basket it's in my current price range. I only brew 2.5 gallon batches, so it's a good size.

I would get a 30qt for cheaper. This will give you more flexibility if you want to do 5 gallon batches in the future.
The walls are pretty thin but it works well. The Crawfish basket would help with BIAB; just line it with your paint strainer and you have a solid basket to pick up.
You will have to install standoffs on the bottom so it doesn't sit on your element; this could be as simple as a couple of bolts.

Going with a smaller kettle may give you problems going electric because the diameter may be too short for standard elements.
