Hi,

I have a pretty small refrigerator in my apartment, but would like to start kegging. Are there any issues with brewing a 3 gallon batch and splitting that between two 1.5 gallon torpedo kegs? I would then carbonate one keg in my refrigerator and keep the other stored until I'm ready to switch. Would it be smarter just to keg the 1.5 and bottle the remainder? In terms of quality (not convenience) is there any difference?

Thank you!
