M about to keg an Irish car bomb stout and I was wondering if I could put lactose in the beer and it would still give me that milky texture that the lactose provides even though I'm kegging and not bottling.

You can add lactose at any point in the process. Just be sure to boil it in some water first, both to sanitize it and make sure it's going to mix homogeneously.
