I have a batch of Pilsner that I’m planning to keg tonight. Most of what I’ve read about using it recommends adding it to cold beer, after cold crashing, but I’m not cold crashing prior to keging. I was wondering if it would work if I pour it in the FV just prior to racking into the keg and then chilling it.

In your case, it's probably best to keg, chill, then gelatin. It's best to add to cold beer, not beer that's about to get cold. That said, I'm not a fan of clearing in the keg because it can get goopy. If you have the means, adding to the fermenter is ideal.
