I was wondering about this due to the fact that we all enjoy that cloudy look in a wit do I A) Secondary in the keg then cold crash and force carb etc etc etc or B) Secondary in another carboy for X amount of time then rack into the keg and complete above tasks. I'll remain quiet to await your answers
 
your wit should be plenty hazy even after a secondary, so I would give it a secondary in a carboy before kegging. If you decide to secondary it in the keg, you may have issues with poor sealing and oxidation or contamination. corny kegs don't seal well unless they're under pressure.
 
For the wheats that I do, I let fermentation finish in the primary and moved to keg and put on gas and let it sit. In my experience though, you need to drink them quickly from the keg to get their full estery, cloudy goodness. After about 2 months in the keg all the yeast had finally settled and I had a krystal.

Your question makes no sense?:confused:
You say wit's need to be cloudy, then give 2 examples of methods used to clear a beer. Keg it and carb it. No cold crashing or secondary is necessary.

No problem, we all have to start somewhere. I think most wit's are better young, and as stated they will clear on their own with age, so get to drinking.:mug:
 
Why secondary at all? Primary, keg, carb, drink. I'm drinking a partially carbed Witbier (slightly Americanized) that I brewed 8 days ago. Aside from lack of carbonation it's great. Smaller beers I usually primary 2-3 weeks then keg and carb though. I'll occasionally do < 14 days grains to glass.
