I just tapped a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (purchased) and a Headdy Topper clone. Both are on the same regulator at 11 psi. I have the keezer at 38F. I sugar carbed the Headdy so it would be ready when I set up the keezer. When I first tapped them the headdy had plenty of head and carbonation. 72 hours later the Headdy is a little flatter than when I first tapped it and has very little head. The Sierra Nevada Pale Ale has great head and carbonation.
So I'm stumped. Maybe it was over carbed and is equalizing now and it just so happens my brew process screwed up the head? That's about all I've got! I thought IPAs were supposed to have good head retention. Oh! And before I hear about soapy glasses, I used the same glass for the SNPA as the Headdy clone. And I poured the SNPA first.

Thanks for any help!

I'd say possibly a seal for heady? Nothing else makes sense to me...assuming your glasses are clean I'm clueless.

Thanks. I'm in the dark too. Can't find a leak. The co2 has been on since I tapped it. I would think even if I had a leak the co2 would go in faster than the leak maintaining psi until it ran out. But I'm double checking everything when I get home from work. Unfortunately I'm 2nd shift! Thanks again!
