I emailed a question to kegconnection customer service last wednesday about an kegerator kit I was considering buying from them. By Friday I still had not heard back. I wanted to get started on my kegerator build, so I went ahead and placed the order since they seem to have a pretty good reputation on these forums. Anyway, now it's Tuesday and I never received a response to my original question or even an order confirmation. This seems really strange, I think every time I have ordered anything online the company always sends an automated email confirming the order.

Anyone ever had any problems like with them?
 
They sometimes don't get to emails quickly, but, I understand, they are very responsive to phone calls. My third order from them arrives today. I've never had an issue with them with any of my orders. I usually don't get an email until the order ships and they include the tracking number. I think you're fine, but can always give them a call if you're concerned.
 
They rock.. but I did have some slow response during flu season and everyone was out. A phone call was answered right away though. Good luck on your new gear!
 
As others have mentioned - better to call them. I did not get a reply on my first e-mail either, but they were very responsive after the call.

I am not sure why you haven't heard back about your order. They don't usually send you an order confirmation by e-mail - you can check that by logging in at their site. They do however let you know when the order is shipped, along with tracking number etc.
 
they were great when i called them on recomendations for my setup. VERY happy with them
 
They ended up emailing me back yesterday, and my order shipped already - so I'm happy :)
 
These guys are great! I called them last Friday, later in the day and left a message. The called me back promptly and helped me figure out a problem I had with my new toy! Thanks guys!
