I kegged my first beer (Pale Ale) a couple months and cannot for the life of me get it to carbonate. Below are the details:
-Pin lock corny kegs
-Racked to keg, pressurized, but then sat for almost a month (my kegerator died and I had to build a keezer)
- Finally got the keezer built, pressurized to about 10psi, let it sit for a few days, beer flowed out just fine, but flat.
- Pressurized to 15psi, let it sit for a few days, same result.
- Pressurized to 25psi, where its been for over a week, same result. (Beer flows out very fast, but has no carbonation.)
Any suggestions? As far as I know the Co2 seems to be reaching the keg, but IDK why it isn't be absorbed and carbonated?! Thanks a lot!
