Keg problem :(

So, I kinda forgot to release some pressure when I connected my CO2 line to my keg and didn't realize it until a few minutes later. Am I screwed because I probably pushed oxygen in my beer? Any help/advice is much appreciated.

are you saying you forgot to purge your keg? Or something worse?

Oops, i'm sure everyone has don't this at one time or another. I'm sure there are even people who never bother to purge. A few minutes certainly isn't going to destroy the beer, but you probably did push some minor amount of o2 into it.

Just to be on the safe side, you should probably drink this batch instead of saving it for posterity.

I forget to purge and remembered a couple mins into it and purged. Too late probably.

While purging is ideal, this isn't going to mean you need to dump the beer.
