So I put my carboy in the fridge to cold crash as I normally do, however I got the idea that I would like to try naturally carbing the keg as it will be atleast 3 weeks before I get to drinking this keg. Is it a good idea to rack it to my keg add priming sugar and let it sit at 62-65f or should I just keg and force carb?

I've tried both methods and there's really no difference. Priming will save you some gas, but leave more sediment. I'd just "set it and forget it." Besides, if you happen to come home a week early, you'll already have cold, carbonated beer to drink.
