About 3 weeks ago I kegged my holiday ale. My OG was 1.081 and final was 1.021. It didn’t finish out as low as I wanted but oh well, it definitely stalled there. So I kegged it and 3 weeks later it taste the exact same as the day I kegged it. How long is everyone keg conditioning their beer? This is a strong scotch ale base for FYI.

The keg is just like a giant bottle. While 3 weeks is fine for most low ABV beers, it varies from beer to beer. I had a kegged barleywine that took about 16 months to get where I wanted it.

4 days. Not necessarily a bad thing it tastes the same as kegging day.
